Christiane Sauer is an architect and Professor for Material Design at Weißensee School of Art and Design, Berlin, where she leads a research facility on experimental material. She has taught internationally, and worked as an architect for international firms such as OMA Rotterdam. Sauer is author of Made Of - New Materials Sourcebook for Architecture and Design and Architectures of Weaving: From Fibers and Yarns to Scaffolds and Skins. Sauer is a member of Experimental Foundation’s Fellowship jury.
