Materia Lab, founded in 2024 by Anna Pomazanna and Mykhailo Shevchenko, is an interdisciplinary hub for research, experimentation, and learning in circular construction and architecture. The laboratory drives decarbonization by developing circular materials, valorizing local resources, and advancing sustainable construction technologies.

Materia Lab's work is dedicated to the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine. Its research and material development directly support reconstruction initiatives by adapting local raw materials and traditional building techniques to meet contemporary operational and regulatory standards.
